Sorry for the long break from my blog. I will be better at keeping it up to date. There will be a letter coming home about this Swine flu. Read it and if you have any questions call me at 435-619-5950.

We are back from the break and there is a lot of work to do before the end of the year.  There will be no more vacations from now until the end of the year.  The science fair, Hershey track meet and the trek is coming up.  I will keep you posted.  I will need your help with helping your students with homework.  You already do so much.  Thank you so much.

Dear Parents,

Thank you for all the things that you do at with your children. Your children are working hard and improving a lot. I can't wait to talk to all on SEP week. They will be on the 23-26th. I will be calling you to set up appointments. Please plan on coming to our visit. We will be having a Valentine party. Your child can make a box at home. They will be bring a list of names home. Thank you for all you do.

I hope all had a great Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Now that we are back we are going to work hard.

Homework will be: math, reading, spelling, and more reading. Reading calendars are out. Please, put them somewhere so that you will keep track of all the reading. Please take the time to read to your child.

Math homework will be coming home most every night. Check your child's bag for work.

There is only two weeks until Christmas. School will be filled with a lot of fun. There will be homework in reading, math, and spelling. If anyone needs help with homework please call me. My phone number is 435-619-5950. Use this number if you really need help. You can call from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Before this time I will be in class and after I will be spending time with my family. I am here to help your children. For your child to succeed they need to work hard. I will help them go as far as they can.

November reading calenders. Have your child bring them to class as soon as possible.

Tomorrow we are having a read-a-thon. Your children can bring books, pillow, blanket and yummy snack. This will be at the end of the day. School will be out at 1:15 not 1:40 so they will be home sooner for you to start your holiday.
